“I'm excited to take charge of the 2011 team. Our focus this season will be on skill development both physically and mentally. I'm also excited to add an off ice component that will include team building, game video breakdowns, and off ice workouts that will be fun and challenging. This team will learn to compete for every loose puck, win every race, and start to learn about the little things it takes to be a good player and teammate,” said Sestito.

Sestito is looking to field one of the top 2011 teams in the state and play a competitive 50-55 game schedule against top teams in the North East. Players on the team can expect multiple ice sessions a week, including PEP training sessions. The team will strive to compete in fun tournaments and develop as players on and off the ice.

As a professional, Sestito made his NHL debut on November 26, 2008 for the Edmonton Oilers. Sestito was traded in the summer of 2009 to the New Jersey Devils where he would spend the majority of his 12 professional seasons. He also played in 451 AHL games tallying 76 goals and 94 assists. Sestito finished up his career in the KHL where he spent two seasons playing for the Dinamo Riga in Latvia.
