JEREMY MCDONALD COMMITS TO FRAMINGHAM STATE
Utica Jr. Comets Premier Assistant Captain Jeremy McDonald has committed to play college hockey Framingham State University. McDonald has continued his point per game pace as a defensemen despite battling through an injury that kept him out for 2 months this season.
"I couldn't be happier for Jeremy and his commitment to play NCAA hockey next year,” Head Coach Nick Pagliacci said. “Jeremy is the leader on our backend. He's an offensive defensemen who pushes the pace for us. Off the ice, he leads by example and is someone that guys look up to. Framingham is getting a great student athlete that will represent the University with the utmost professionalism."
McDonald said the opportunity at Framingham State is perfect for him. "I'm very excited to be joining Framingham State University in the fall of 2023. I couldn't have gotten this opportunity without the help and support of my family, my teammates, and Coach Nick Pagliacci and staff here in Utica."
