Utica, NY - The Utica Jr. Comets and Mohawk Valley Garden announced today that Kevin Conley has been named the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Jr. Comets and Utica City Football Club.
The Utica native holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach.
Conley will train every team within the Jr. Comets organization, and offer additional training and nutritional services for any athletes that strive to maximize their potential. All training will take place at the Utica University Nexus Center.

Prior to joining the organization, Conley worked at Upstate Empire Fitness for the last 5 years as a personal trainer and wellness coach. He has worked with athletes, injured individuals or individuals needing strengthening post-injury, and the special needs community. He has also competed in high-level bodybuilding events.
Conley is thrilled to be joining the organization, “Through my experiences and insights, I hope to inspire and educate these athletes on the importance of fitness and how it can improve their sport, favorite activities, and lives.”
